BAYERN LIMITED, a wholly indigenous company incorporated in 2004 under the “Companies and Allied Matters Act” with RC 504358.

We commenced operations as a heavy duty equipment rental, sales and maintenance company before expanding operations to engineering, procurement and construction with professionals of proven track record of performance and integrity, with experience spanning several decades in the oil and energy industry. We are a highly committed, streamlined and structured organisation with a very skilled and experienced workforce in different fields; combining cutting edge innovative technology to deliver quality and cost effective solutions to our clients and joint venture partners taking into consideration the time sensitive nature of operations in the industry within which we play.

Our Vision

Our vision is aimed towards contributing our quota to actualising the strategic objective of the federal government of Nigeria at ensuring that Nigeria’s oil and energy industry is controlled majorly by Nigerians and this we have set about achieving by providing local and international training for our personnel.

We are also working with committed foreign technical partners to ensure technology transfer to Nigerians.
